1 Is your site safe to use?

Absolutely! We respect the privacy of our customers. Our official Privacy and Security Statement is designed to help you understand what information we gather from you and how it’s used. Please be aware that this policy may change from time to time.

Our goal in using this information is to improve our site by making it more responsive to the needs and preferences of our customers. 2 How can I add a discount code to my order?

If you received a discount code, you can enter this code on the checkout page. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for up to date offers and coupon codes!

3 What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following payments &/or credit cards:

4 Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide, including P.O. boxes and APO FPO/DPO addresses. However, there may be increased postage costs and delivery times when delivering to outside the US. Also, some of our tracking services may not be available to non-US shipping address

 

5 What company is used for shipping orders?

Orders are shipped from our factory in China via US couriers.

Certain items are prohibited by some shipping carriers. If your order contains these items for the shipping carrier you selected, we will re-route your order via another carrier to ensure it safely arrives. This may require additional shipping time.

 

5 Will I be charged sales tax?

Current law requires us to collect sales or other applicable taxes based on the order’s “shipped to” address. JewishGirl.com follows the guidelines for each state as they pertain to your order. Taxes will be displayed during the checkout process as an estimate and is labeled accordingly.

 

6 What are the shipping and handling costs?

Shipping is 6.95 USD Worldwide, if you spend 50 dollars or more it is completely free.  

7 What is the order processing timeline?

After we receive your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment.

Processing time varies depending on the specific product, with the average processing time being approximately 4 business days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 3-10 business days to start process.

NOTE ON HOLIDAY ORDERS: 
As the holidays approach, we expect increased order loads and therefore longer processing and shipping times. If you plan to order from us for the holidays, please place your order as early as possible to ensure it arrives on time. We cannot be held responsible for late orders!

8 How long does delivery take?

  • Your order should arrive within 1-4 weeks but can take as long as 6 weeks for delivery. 
  • We ship orders on Sunday - Friday during office hours only. We (jewishGirl.org) do not operate on shabbat or any Jewish holidays as well not on public holidays (the site maybe open we have non-Jewish clientele, but we are not processing any order). We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible, but there might be some delays – especially for best selling items! Your patience is appreciated.
  • Shipping times will be affected during public holidays. Heavy order quantities are expected, causing a delay in processing and shipment as we work quickly to fulfill all orders as soon as possible, and couriers limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. If you do plan to place an order for the holidays, please order as early as possible to ensure it arrives on time. We cannot be held liable for late delivery times. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
  • All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

There is a 1-5-day processing period prior to shipping. Your order should be delivered within 1-4 weeks following order confirmation. If you have any issues receiving the order, feel free to contact us by visiting us here:  

9 I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

  • Since we carry a very large assortment of products (3000 items from over 50 manufacturers) , when you order multiple items at a time, or order different product from different manufacturer, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So, don't panic if you don't receive all your items at once…they are on the way

 

 

9 How can I track my order?

While we do offer worldwide shipping, we only provide tracking for these countries: USA, AU, CA. After 5-7 days of shipment dispatch and email confirmation you may request a tracking number if needed for the selected countries. 

It may take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

10 Do you offer Expedited Shipping?

Yes, we do offer Expedited shipping! While you are checking out take notice to the Expedited Shipping option now available. Customers who choose this option will enjoy quicker shipping times! See Expedited shipping times below:

11 How do I exchange, refund or return my order?

Basic guidelines for exchanges and returns are listed below. Please refer to our Refund & Return Guidelines for more information.

  • Any items(s) purchased online that you don't love may be exchanged or returned.
  • Merchandise returned within 7 days of receiving will be refunded to the original form of payment.  
  • Merchandise returned after 7 days may be exchanged or refunded in the form of a merchandise credit.  
  • A purchase that was made with a gift card will be refunded in the form of merchandise credit.
  • Original shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
  • Offers are subject to adjustments due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.

12 How can I update my shipping or payment information ?

Log in to our customer portal. From there you can update your profile, add or change payment information, update your shipping address, and view your next billing date.

Most of our products are made with a polyester-elastane blend, exception  our cotton and faux-leather you can see all materials on the product page .

 Order Cancellation

16 How to cancel an order that hasn't been paid?

If your payment of an order has not been made yet, you may cancel it by clicking "Cancel order" in your account at JewishGirl .com.

17 How to cancel an order that has been paid ?

For wedding dresses and special occasion dresses:

Orders canceled within 48 hours since paid will get full refund.

Orders canceled within 48-72 hours since paid will get 75% refund of total amount.

Orders canceled after 72 hours since paid before shipment will get 50% refund of total amount.

16 Helpful Tips:

  • Inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case there is a damaged, missing, or incorrect item in your package, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address and correct any problems.
  • Please try on the main portion of your item to ensure it fits properly. We are happy to accept returns on all items in new and unworn condition.
  • Since our customer is responsible for return shipping fees back to us, we strongly recommend adding a delivery confirmation to your return shipment. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments.
  • If you purchased a set, all items included in the set must be returned in the original unworn condition and original packaging.
